A cool contest and everyone's a critic, even me



Alright, folks, I'm going to make this quick, because I'm writing this blog post on my lunch hour, and, honestly, I'd rather be working on stories rather than blogging. But, I do have a couple of links I want to pass along to you, so I'll make this quick, brutal, and to the point.

Okay, first off, in case you didn't know about it, Eric Beetner's first novel with collaborator JB Kohl
One Too Many Blows to the Head is about to hit and in celebration of the novels release, Eric and JB are running a contest where you have the chance to win a whole shitload of free signed books plus the chance at some publishing glory. So make sure to head on over to Eric's blog right HERE to find out all of the details. I'm 99% sure I'll be participating in the contest, so all of you motherfucker's be warned right here and now.

  6. Cullen--Thanks, dude! I was pretty stoked when Brian made the offer to me and then pretty much gave me the liberty to do what ever I wanted. I've actually got some fairly ambitious ideas for the coming months that I'm just starting to work on, but for right now I'm going to stay focused on Short Thoughts and a longer fiction project that I'm wrapping up.

    Info--Well by fucking Golly I will, sir.

    Sandra--Once again, thank you, and I agree. There's a ton of talented people out there crafting some great short fiction and they deserve all the praise and attention they can get. Yeah, maybe sometimes folks won't like what I have to say, but at the very least my review--negative or positive--just might draw some attention to the author, or the publication their story appeared in.

    Frank--Thanks, dude, glad you liked it.

    Eric--No problem. You know how I am when it comes to fiction contests and free shit, I'm all about both and then some.
