Great news man, will be looking forward to reading your column every week!
ReplyDeletewell, by fucking golly. this takes some sack, k-man. keep the bar high.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the new gig, Keith. Short stories need all the press they can get!
ReplyDeleteLooks good, congrats Crimedog...
ReplyDeleteThanks for the plug!
ReplyDeleteCullen--Thanks, dude! I was pretty stoked when Brian made the offer to me and then pretty much gave me the liberty to do what ever I wanted. I've actually got some fairly ambitious ideas for the coming months that I'm just starting to work on, but for right now I'm going to stay focused on Short Thoughts and a longer fiction project that I'm wrapping up.
ReplyDeleteInfo--Well by fucking Golly I will, sir.
Sandra--Once again, thank you, and I agree. There's a ton of talented people out there crafting some great short fiction and they deserve all the praise and attention they can get. Yeah, maybe sometimes folks won't like what I have to say, but at the very least my review--negative or positive--just might draw some attention to the author, or the publication their story appeared in.
Frank--Thanks, dude, glad you liked it.
Eric--No problem. You know how I am when it comes to fiction contests and free shit, I'm all about both and then some.
Congrats!
ReplyDeletePerfect man for the new BSC gig!
ReplyDeleteNice work on the new gig--it's top on my clandestine reading-at-work-in-my-cube list for today.
